  I have to confess that there is one addiction that I have not given up. And I am going to indulge it next week........ MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!......Turrrkeeeeeeeeeeyyyy!!!........

Thanks Phil.


I sat quietly salivating last month while all you folks living north of the 38th talked about turkey and dressing, and cranberries, and yams, and pumpkin pie, and..........      


Now I am close enough to that holiday to agree with Doll...eat turkey with family and friends until it hurts, then fall asleep on the couch while the football game is on.

Its snowing..up here today...so..all the turkeys will be heading south.....um..hmmm..or..is that snow birds...?

I believe it is this coming up Thursday. I bought some special lamb chops that I'm trying a new recipe for, but that'll be after turkey day. We're going traditional with some neighbors here. Cuz of the flooding and all, I told my children to stay south, dont want them driving up here right now. So we'll do traditional on Thursday, and over the weekend I'll do the chops (recipe compliments of one of Chef Ramsey's books...love that man). Want me to send you a drum stick, Phil? Or, you're welcome to fly on over............
