Hi. I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for an alternative to Nyquil. I like it best because it takes care of symptoms and also does a wonderful job of putting me to sleep - sleep being, in my opinion, the only real treatment for a cold.
I recently decided to stop taking it b/c of the alcohol. This last time I got sick I tried Alka-Seltzer cold but it wasn't as effective a sleep agent and it made me feel horrible the next day.
Perhaps someone else is a former Nyquil fan and has found something that compares.
