um---you have a rough weekend gallll????? lol


Over the past few months this alky has had one hell of a time...letting go of yesterdays....


I beleive that I finally have...


Its time to get on with living....


That pic is from part of a complex in Columbia....


I own the residence that that pic is taken from, and it is leased out...


I just put an offer in on another one..2 doors down from it...and I expect.. that it will be accepted...


Got a AA buddy in Real Estate there...and hes a great guy...along with a few others that have been after me to move south...


So...its going to happen....


I wont be down till Spring comes...but when i do....


You bring that boy of yours...and boyfreind....and Im cookin...God help yu..:)


Ohhh yaaa...and bring the chopper....I wanna go for a ride....

Well...from a business stand point?....If one is leased.to good tenants..it pays for itself...plus some of the other one... ..OR.....Im not there..sooooo....no use sitting empty..hu? The other side of it? The price is right...and Im an alky eh....kinda like 2 for the price of one...


From your stand point?....Thats a damned good idea!!!  lol


From a recovering alcoholics standpoint?

Well...I know some of the lingo allready...


Things like...."Hey man? You got any weed?" or


"Ya'll wanna slap up the side of the head?" or


"You wanna take me home to meet your mamma?" or


"Give me your bread or I'll blow yu away."


hmmmm


Think itll be safer just to walk around and say "Huh?"   :)
