Steeeaaak. My old idea of a steak, a good sized pot roast. Browned on both sides. ( with jalapenos and brussel sprouts) Not for the faint of heart. While drinking, I would leave what I couldnt finish on the table when I passed out, the next day, go at it again. I do eat a little more civilized now days, spinach and salmon tonight...but still not above it. Getting better though.. Yall have fun, and dont cheap out on the steaks, I cant figure out what else their is to do in Oklahoma, passed thru on a bus a few times.
p.s.- if you have room for the sides, you didnt eat enough cow.
