Thank you all so much for your advice about the AA member crossing boundaries! I got the phone number for the guy who leads that group and I'm going to call. I'm going to explain to him that I'm not trying to hurt anyone or exaggerate the situation, but that I feel that they might want to know about the situation. I really hope that it doesn't turn into a big gossip situation, but I think that the guy I'm calling tomorrow can handle it without that happening.
Again, thank you! I'm so glad to have found this board!
GREAT!! You received some really good (and heated) advice in the previous posting. I am really glad to see you taking proactive steps here to protect your well being. HE was in the wrong! YOU, on the other hand did nothing wrong. In fact, if this had happened in a workplace, you would have a legitamate lawsuit for sexual harassment! NO KIDDING! Keep your strength and your good attitude and don't let this occurrance deter you from a meeting that you otherwise truly enjoy. Good fortune to you...Tim

I'm so glad that you are going to call your group leader. The leader at my home group is a really great guy and he would want to know of any problems that anybody was having. I'm sure that it won't turn into a major gossip situation.
Well done on making that decision.
Please let us know how it goes.
Take care,
Carol
