Hi there, I came back from wales early. I had to get back as my family were driving me nuts with old behavior and I do not wear that identity any more and they desperatly "need" me to get back to where I was as its a co dependent family and im the scape goat.

Have been quite productive today with my computer, doing a project, however I find after about 40 mins my mind goes a blank and I lose the inspiration, its not as foggy as it has been but could do with a tweek.

I am off for a swim now folks as I found myself beating myself up, why? because I switched off the computer and lost all my work, because I started to get that blank brainthing! :S

if anyone has encountered this and has a suggestion please let me know.

I feel good to have got myself away from those who like to cause me misery as I am no longer a slave to them or alcohol for today anyway, gosh they must smart...

Hope alls well, gotta run, or swim rather, shall be back in 40 mins... anyone on MSN? if so add me Id like to get to know people better!

g_mixstudios@hotmail.com

please let me know if u have added me as I dont talk to strangers!!!

BYEEE

Feeling anxious about change, its something I do not like to do much! I have stuck in the same rut, I mean job for over 4 years now.

Mind you it looks ok on the CV I guess.
