I beleive this with all my heart. My problem lays in the fact that I do not listen to my heart, my gut reaction, because I lost so much faith and trust in myself over the years. I need to remind myself, I am not my past--it's okay to listen now....Wren

I can't tell you how many times I have gone on ahead and done something which didn't feel right at the time. Usually ended up a lot worse than if I would've gone with my first mind.
Today I try not to make spontaneous decisions. Not a good thing for this alcoholic!
