So many years ago, Alanon and AA, were more divided, at least that was how it felt then.
Maybe that is just a little paranoia coming from me, because as an Alcoholic, I was so aware, after Sobering up that I had hurt a lot of people, had to do a lot of repair work, and the Steps of this Program showed me how to do it, so that the shame of hurting others would not send my back to the grimness of this horrible Disease.
