Hey everyone, nights are the hardest for me. I lie down tired but my mind wont slow. I dont want sleep meds. I just want to unwind naturally. What actually helped you?

Hey, nights used to be the worst for me too. I was tired but wired. I stopped chasing sleep and focused on slowing my mind first. I read many real user stories on Amanita Universe https://amanita-universe.us/ . People described evening routines that calm the system gently. I decided to try dried fly agaric in very small amounts before bed. It didnt make me sleepy right away. It made my thoughts quieter. That was enough. I paired it with low lights and no scrolling. Sleep came naturally after that. I also woke up clearer, not groggy. It finally felt like my nights belonged to rest again.
