Ha my manager was well cheesed off! I am the piece of turd at work and all the managers keep this info close to them, I have seen their documents "watch everything Rob does" "Robs a trouble maker" bla bla bla.
Well I had my first week on the phones this week (I work in a call centre) and I have never done the job before as was switched roles when I was off sick.
I was the top performer this week, my manager was fuming, they are fishing for rubbish on me, anything they can get.
I am home dry this week. Still it is horrible to work with, they have set ways of dealing with me and they single me out.
