Hi all. just letting you all know that if I post on here in the next 12 days or so, it will probably be total garbage. Just ignore me.
Had to come back home from my holiday because I turned into a shaking mess. (Panic attacks) Saw a doctor in Barmouth (140 miles from where I live) and got some medication. Can't drive on the meds so I shook and vomited my way through the 140 miles back home. (Probably the most frightening drive of my life)
I'll be flat on my back for a while 60mg Librium reducing over the next 12 days.
Starting the pills in about 6 hours.... goodbye brain.
I'll be reading here but hopefully not posting.
Bye for now.
Chris.

I'm truly sorry to hear that Chris. I ended up in the hospital for four days due to severe panic attacks. They shot me up with adavan and it barely took the edge off. I know some of what you are going through and how horrible it must be. You will be in my prayers. I hope you recover quickly!!! Sometimes you just have to hold on for dear life and know this too shall pass. Easier said than done but I guess it's the thought that counts, right? I hope you have someone to watch over and help you. Take care my friend.
Hey CabbageheadChris, man sorry to hear that. You only ahve to do this once hopefully, I remember the old days when i had to take tabs for anxiety cant remember what they were now, plus max'd out on prozac, diazepam for "muscle spasm" and tamazepam to get some kip. It was mental.
Still on the prozac, but when my circumstances change im looking out....
mate, dont feel just cos your in a bad space , not to post here, were all in this together, and besides you may need the support and love. My advise to you for whats its worth is to look after yourself. I didnt know what the hell people were talking about when they said that, because i didnt know how to look after myself.
I hope to hear from you soon what ever happens, you are ALWAYS WELCOME
(((((((((Chris))))))))) I'm on medication for a number of reasons. They help me to be "as normal as possible". Good for you for taking care of yourself. I'm sure we'll see you on before your 12 days are up. The body and brain get adjusted pretty quick to medication. Until then, take care.
Hope to see you posting again soon Chris. I'm so sorry for your situation right now. As my sponsor ALWAYS tells me.....This too shall pass. Take care of yourself!
