Hi there, I ahve been to a place called the sactury today, I have been accepted for addiction counselling and also a big book study, looking fwd to it.

went into town for the first time in months today , was a bit strange. got some records from a thrift shop. Was a bit shocked when i went to the loo to find bits of foil all over the floor, made me feel a little uncomfortable but grateful I am not using.

That's wonderful, Robert. I love watching you take care of yourself--you're doing so many of the right things, taking the steps to show you care about yourself and sobriety. Kudos to you, my friend. Watching you do these things, and sharing the way you do? It's one of the reasons I find it so easy to stay here. Watching you guide yourself thru the healing process brings it all back to me, and it's like re-experiencing it. Thank you, Wren
