Oh gosh coke overload. I had 6 tins and I am still awake, I went to bed at about 3:30 but the cat kept me up scratching and generally being stupid, about 4 I chucked her out the window, (she aint dead, we have a sloping roof so she just sat on the windowsil)
by this time I was in a bad mood so I went to listen to some music and play the drums, now you might ask why I would want to play the drums when I am trying to sleep, I cant give an honest answer.
Anyway I feel badgered, and I was wondering if it would be best to stay up till 10 tonight (its 6:40 now) then I can get a good nights kip after being up 48 hours, this reminds me of when i was taking other coke which was not out a tin.
Give yourself a few more hours to get over the sugar/caffiene rush (naughty boy!), and then drink some hot herbal tea. I imagine that by about 10:00 a.m. your time, you should start to get snoozy. Take a book to bed, read for a bit, and I bet you'll drop off for a nice nap. Set your alarm. A two hour nap won't hurt, and it'll get you thru the rest of the day. Sometimes a hot soak helps me. Not swimming, that just pushes adrenalin, but a hot soak in your tub. So, soak, take a cup of tea to bed and a book, and you'll drop off. After the sugar rush, you'll be depleted of any excess glucose after a bit, and you'll be beat. Honest. I do the same thing waaay too often. It means you may be up a few hours later tonight than usual due to the nap, but if you go without sleep at all til' tonight, you'll get way too spacey, and for me, that's kinda dangerous.
