Good morning all


I am feeling a bit low today,.I feel like I have been forgotten about - I am still off work with a bad back and I am off for a a further 3 weeks. people do not ask how I am doing, becase my back is always bad, I find when people ask if your alright, they are just saying hello, not actually asking if your alright,


anyway enough of my ranting, I am having a bad day today

Go and get a back massage. LOL! Treat yourself to something nice that's healthy for ya. I read when I get bored. No money so going out isn't much of an option right now.

Good Morning Dear,


I recall, once you said nothing gets on your nerves and annoys you more that people asking how your back is, and  are you feeling better.  I was one of those people, so I thought to myself  Opps, keep your mouth shut, to myself.


A back message, sounds wonderful, if you have the o.k. to get one.  We know that this is a daily problem for you, and a lot of daily pain. How about some sort of Water Therapy.  I have had people that suffer with real bad Siatic, say that the water is the best for them.


Just so happy you have the Uni. coming up, and a lot of good stuff is in front of you.


So, anyway,  GOOD MORNING, MY FRIEND, Hope the day turns around into a Good day for you.

cheers. Fell asleep for a few hours today. that was nice, running myself a bath then going for a meeting., I think I am lonely!

that's life, eh?  ups and downs and this and that.  AA doesn't make life an always pleasant thing,,,  it helps us to cope with the problems that beset us. Use your 'tools' to get you through the day on teh plus side.  Try Step 11,, some meditation and prayer while you're in the tub, or sometime. You are not alone.
