Here's what was suggested to me: 90 meetings in 90 days, put a dollar in a jar at home for every meeting you attend (if you can) at the end of 90 days if AA is not for you, well, you get $90 and your misery refunded.......
Scan the room for sponsor material........ listen, Even if someone is sharing something that you don't think applies to you, it may at a later time....My sponsor says "put it in the bank, you never know when you may need to make a withdrawal."Go to meetings early and stay late, that's where the real good stuff is found....

Yep! We sometimes have a difficult time FEELING those FEELINGS... I numbed mine w/booze for so many years when I truly started to feel something it was terrifying. It gets better, promise.
