What's your New drink of choice?

I was a homebrewer and really loved the microbrews, it's the only thing that I miss sometimes.
Now besides a cup or 2 a day of good coffee made with my expresso maker (try not to drink meeting coffee keeps me awake) I love Orange Cream Soda, Weinhard's and Kemper's are my favorites. Curious what others like to drink now.
Bob.

I'm afraid I'll miss the margaritas with my burritos, so I'm staying out of the Mexican joint for a while yet!!

Now, it's Fresca. The new flavored ones are awesome........Doll

Tall latte double espresso with a dash of caramel syrup...YUMMY!

Too expensive to have daily so I use french vanilla creamer in my coffee and I probably drink 2 pots of coffee a day.

For the fizzy drinks, Coke is still number one with me, same as when I was young.  No rum in it these days! If the vending machine is out of Coke, the next option is Dr. Pepper.

Like Phil, I also like Clamato, but have discovered a mixer that they sell in grocery stores around here called Clamato Ceasar mix.  NO WORRIES folks, Bloody Mary's and Ceasars were never my drink of choice, so there is no associative behavior going on...I just love the blend of spices along with the clam and tomato broth. Couldn't imagine why anyone would want to ruin the flavor by poisoning it with booze!  I can even have a glass of it with breakfast!

As far as addictions go, I have found that I HAVE to have a cup of green tea at my workstation to start the work day!

Funny thing about that dining out experience that Doll was mentioning; I also liked to have a margarita whenever I went to a mexican restaurant, and, when going out for a steak, really missed not having a glass (OR two...OR THREE!) of wine .  However, I have found a big glass of iced tea really hits the spot these days when dining out!

I was the kind of drinker who was a 'connoiseur of fine wines', and now I put that energy into herbal teas.

Ah yes, stright whisky. I remember it well, £7.49 a bottle from Sainsburys, even cheaper in Asda (US: Walmart). If I drank the stuff I really like it would cost £30 a bottle!

Saved almost £3000 last year from stopping drinking!                                                       Due to my new job paying far less than my old one, I could'nt afford to start drinking again even if I wanted to!

Water is the big one for me now, I drink loads of it. Helped by the fact that we have a chilled and filtered water dispenser at work. Always gives me a 'clean' feeling that I don't get from other drinks.

Bye for now

Chris.

Last time I was clean, I found a local shop with an excellent distributor of fine India and China loose leaf teas.... I got pretty into it for a while.

Can't beat filtered water too-

Hi,

My new drink of choice would have to be Coffee Coolata at Dunkin Donuts.  However, since I am also diabetic that's out.  I gotta love Diet Mountain Dew.  Jameson's ain't an option anymore.  That's a good thing.  Mike
