Since I really got back on this sobriety business, I've found that, once in a while, especially after a little "channeling" (sort of like a meditative poking around in the subconscious closet of the mind) that I can find my brain has left the station without me.

It's actually kinda fun to let it loose without a bridle, and see where it goes.  (particularly since it usually doesn't turn into a runaway as much as it used to when it was an "alcohol injected type formula 1 racing engine".

It kinda happens whenever it wants to, and I never know when it's gonna get out of it's cage again.  I hope never to offend anyone, but I also want you to know that being sober and ramblin' around inside your inner self doesn't always have to be so intense, but can also be fun, once you learn how to let go without having to use chemicals to make it happen.

Peace, Love, (and a little JOY!) to you all.

PS. Happy Thanksgiblets&gravy to all my Canadian friends!

There's a saying in AA (there's a saying for everything in AA, LOL) "A Drunk alone in his own head is in a bad neighborhood" another one is a "A Drunk alone is in bad company" Good luck, don't stay to long. Bob.

I hear ya Bob!

Here's one for our MIP friends that I wish I could say I thought of, but someone else already beat me to it:

If you smoke in a smoking jacket, and you lounge around in lounging pajamas, why in the world would you want to wear a windbreaker?
