To all of you who sent a friendly welcome, many thanks!  I already feel that finding this site is going to help me greatly in my recovery.

I am thankful that I recieved the message from AA, so I knew where to look, when I finally "got" the message.  And am truly thankful for this great big AA network.

Thanks Doll.

I've made a few f2f, but I gotta do a little driving to get to them.

I learning to deal with things anyway, through reading and following the program.  (Plus having this extra place to visit.)

As Phil said in his post, any bad crap that happens to me can make me think about drinking, so I have to have my armor on all the time.  I'm learning to "take it easy" and to deal with "one day at a time", "one step at a time".
