Well, I am down with the flu. I just got over pneumonia 2 months ago. Ack! But this time, it isn't because I was running around all hours of the night doing stupid things. I caught this one from my husband. :o)
Anyway, I am so grateful, that while I cannot POSSIBLY get out to a meeting this weekend, that MIP- all of YOU- are here to have a meeting anytime, day or night. It feels really great!!
I am also 2 days smoke-free, and hoping for the best on that!!
Love you all!
Joni

I have not had the flu yet this year *knock on wood*.
I know how miserable that is and am sending healing thoughts your way!
Lots of rest and fluids, dear :)

I'm so sorry that you have flu. Please look after yourself properly, won't you? Make sure that you get plenty of rest and take plenty of fluids.
Congrats on two days smoke-free! That is terrific. I was reading all about nicotine last night and the effect on the body. Yuck! Stopping smoking is definitely something that I am going to be doing soon.
Take good care of yourself and please get better soon.
Thoughts and prayers heading your way.
Carol
