It's been a while guys. Checking in to say hello and let you all know my update. My husband and I have decided that we have reached the end of our journey together. This is for the better but it's still never easy. I've learned how to take care of myself and that I deserve to be in a healthy relationship. My relationship with my higher power comes first and then the others fall into place. Well my relationship with my husband fell out of place. It's time to surround myself with recovering people and people who are of my same spiritual thinking. Glad to be here! Moon
Happy 2008, Moon! I'm so glad you're back, like me, I'm sure we've all been missing you! I'm sorry to hear of your parting with your partner. The disappointment & dreams it might have meant are usually the most painful but you sound serene & strong. This part of your journey will reward you so much in the things you'll learn of your HP & I'm glad you have that to help you through. I'm glad you want to share with us & move on too. It takes humility & grace to let go of what we've been so attached to in the past & I'm glad you feel you're reaching that now. This will open up to such new possibilities & beginnings & I'm glad you've grown! I hope your parting can mean friendship though this isn't always possible or practical but again your HP will guide & be there for you. Both.
