I took this exerpt from the "tip of the day" on the Dr. Andrew Weil (health & nutrition guru) website: Today, take a moment to think about the special people in your life, and ways you can keep those relationships strong. Make it a priority to spend some time each week with at least one of them - whether by phone, e-mail, in person, or through a letter. Human connectedness is a powerful healer, one we should all embrace. Joining a community of like-minded people can open the doors to making new friends, enjoying new experiences and finding support.
I immediately thought of all the good folks here when I read this. So, here's my wish this holiday season for all of you to continue making new friends, enjoy new experiences and find all the support you need.
