God grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones I do and the eyesight to tell the difference.
Now that I'm older here's what what I have discovered. I started out with nothing and I still have most of it. My wild oats have turned into prunes and all bran. I finally got my head together now and my body is falling apart.
Funny I don't remember being as open minded. If all is not lost where is it? It's easier to get older than wiser. Some days your the dog, some days you're the hideout. It's hard to make a comback when you haven't been anywhere.
It's not hard to meet expenses they're everywhere check your hydro bill. The Only difference between a rut and a grave is the death. These days I spend a lot of time thinking about the hereafter.
I go somewhere to put something then wonder what I'm hereafter.
I may be young but doesn't mean I can't give you old folks a run for your money, and Phil, um careful.
I might get a grip alright lol. Good thing I got a sense of humour to go with what I have left of my looks.
I know where ya live buddy!!!! hahaha. Thought I'd give some old timers a food for thought and yes that is something Phil would put in. You can say he's rubbin off on me, lol. Than again I don't want it to go to his head or ego. lol\
Thanks Tina, It always does the heart good to laugh.
