One thing at a time.

That's all we have to do. Not two things at once, but one thing done in peace.

One task at a time. One feeling at a time. One day at a time. One problem at a time. One step at a time.

One pleasure at a time.

Relax. Let go of urgency. Begin calmly now. Take one thing at a time.

See how everything works out?

Today, I will peacefully approach one thing at a time. When in doubt, I will take first things first.

From The Language of Letting Go

I am so mad!! The post I left for you is gone!!! All the electronics around here are going crazy!! My cell phone is even flipping out!!
So, as I so eloquently said before it all blanked out is....
I first read your post and thought How the heck do you take it easy and do one thing at a time.. That is not a part of my world! I get up, pack lunches, go to work, get home, change my clothes, run the kids, (14 and 15 yrs old) go to a meeting, pack my husbands lunch and next thing I know its 1100 at night! How do you balance your life out and make it simple? It's especially great when your husband is all cranky b/c he works the night shift and is working overtime tonight!! (This post is so different than what I originally posted , that got lost) But I guess bottom line is, it's easy to say "take it easy" but somehow I cant!!! I would so love to do "one thing at a time" But, you know what, today was a great day..I posted to you on my RAW post.... Im happy, sober and except for my 15 1/2 yr old who's having a hard time as you might remember, live is dog gone good. So, thanks agian...Lani
