One year today...

Yes, it's been one year for me of straight sobriety as of today.  I see that There appears to be some good company.  Zster celebrates two years and, I believe, Destinydreamer (Jamie) celebrates six months.  I guess this date must have been one of those serious "morning after" times for some reason or other.

Anyway...I am truly grateful for being here right now.  The lady and I are heading out to a congratulatory lunch with my sponsor in a short while.  I DID have to say a very heartfealt "thank you" to all of you out here who have, and I repeat myself, been more support to me in this than you may ever know.

I was checking in about a dozen times a day.  It may be down to two or three or four now, but all of you and the inspirational writings, personal post of personal hell, and just the little daily "keep it ups" have meant so very much to me to help keep my attitude "right".  I hope that I have helped some in return.

Anyway...I just wanted to say thank you and let you all know that it truly is a wonderful life...Tim

Zster, Tim and Jamie,
It has been a pleasure to be in such good company celebrating life "on life's terms"
so yes, Tim, you have been a great asset to this board.
More so it amazing to see how others have "grown" and found their place in this old world. Congrats to all three of you. May the blessings keep on comin' (via sobriety.)
