As alot of you know, I went back out , but thanks to my VERY loving God , Im coming up on 2 Mos. ! As a result of me going back out, and coming back into the world of reality A.K.A. sober, my good friend and X drinking buddy next door Mike decided he wanted to get sober too. Yesterday he picked up his 1 Mo. chip. Im so proud of him. He's like a brother to me. Just wanted to give a update , and say thank you all for being here.

Great to hear, Ron!
I think a lot of our success in the program has to do with the buddy system.

Hey Ron,
I'm Mike from Boston. I visit here from time to time. It took a year, but my best buddy Brad followed me to AA as well. Now I've got 11 years and he's got ten. I hope he never passes me. Very cool about your buddy. Hope he never passes you.

Hi Ron,

That's terrific news for you and for your mate, too. It must be wonderful to be sharing each other's journey. Well done and keep going.

Take care,

Carol
