I have a friend in canada who is a big user of cocain cannabis and alcohol.
its 2 in the morning and he has done an 8-ball he is desperate for alcohol to sort him out as he is high as a kite, he is just off to raid his parents vinatage wine collection in their sleep.
what can I do but wish him well on his jorney. I have mentioned the rooms to him and the fat that I go, and how wonderful my life is now, i need him to find his rock bottom.
**** stinks man when it happens to a friend

Hi Robert,

I'm so sorry for your friend. If only he could discover the joy of living without his addictions he would be amazed at how good life can be. All you can do there is to be there for him when he hits his rock bottom.

Take care,

Carol

Hello............Happy Easter!!
Too bad about all the alcoholic drug users in the world. I hope your friend sobers up and I stay sober.
I had a similar experience when I was drugging and drinking. Only I got caught and was stealing a case of beer from my parents garage. It's a particularly sick story, and I won't go into it today, but it was not my bottom and I had nine more years of drinking before I finally surrendered and started living a life of sobriety one day at a time.
Your friend is probably headed toward his personal bottom. I just hope he lives to find it and then AA.
Peace and Love,
Roderick
