I am new at this chatting business. So forgive if I err. I have a few 24 hours, but I sometimes miss other's conversations. It always reminds me of where I come from. My husband and myself are AA people, but don't get to face to face very often.
Some of the most simples things have kept me sober. In the beginning, I could only do 5 minutes at a time. I sometimes tend to be too honest, my belief being if you don't have the stomach for the truth-don't ask the question. Over the years, I have learned to soften some of my truths. Just wanted you to know a little about me and am looking forward to chatting.
Hi Red! I'm Tim, alcoholic. You've found a great place to come to at any time of the day or night. Always a good deal of inspiring postings to read and ponder. Welcome.

Welcome to our group, Red. Gads, dont worry about being "too" honest here! LOL, there's some very good and direct people here, and great sobriety. Hope you keep posting. And yeah, I'm in the same boat, live in the boonies, meetings are around a mountain or around the hood canal so face to face meetings, which are like once a week, are hard to get to unless the weather is being kind. Thank heavens for this forum. Hear from you soon? Chris
