It was interesting last night as a drinker I know went over the top and had the attitude to go with it, brought back alot of memeorys and as a result my grattitude that im not that way any more thanks to this simple program.
No, it's not nice not having a thick head – it's fantastically terrific!!!! I am grateful every single day for being sober and hang-over free. I'll never get used to it!

I made it through! First Xmas,a nd New Year sober. It was different, but I stayed away from the clubs this year. I only went to a friends house until 11pm. Had water!!!
