Thank you so very much for your thoughts and prayers over the last day or two. It has meant a lot to me.
Mum was scanned and tested yesterday and needs to have more tests done. She was tired, but tried to sound upbeat. I have been reading and researching about her condition and I have received some very supportive emails and messages. It doesn't look as if this is going to be very bad news for Mum, but time will tell us more.
Meanwhile, I just wanted to say a very big 'Thank You' to everyone for your support.
Take care,
Carol

Oh, so glad to hear this, Carol. yes, those scans and being poked and prodded are very tiring, and I imagine she still has that blood test to wait through, all the ua's, etc. to get results from. I think the waiting is hardest. My love to both of you, and you are in my morning devotions, love, Chris

Thank you both for that. I have just had a long chat with Mum and she is very tired, but sounding so much brighter. I can't begin to tell you the relief that I am feeling. And yes, Chris, she is still waiting for some of the test results and patience has never been one of her stronger points (guess that's where I get it from!). But, it could be so much worse.
Thank you, Tim and Chris, for your kindness and concern.
Take care,
Carol
