I just saw my doc. and he said I'll most likely be outta work for another two weeks.
I've been worrying about how this will affect my job, being out of work for three weeks. I've worked so hard to set an example at my work with my hard work and good attitude. Now I have been taken out of the mix.
Now that I'm feeling better I need to be hitting meetings daily. Having all this time to ponder the meaning of life is not a good thing!
I just finished my Dan Brown book Wren! Followed that up by watching the movie!
I guess what I need to do is seek out some people in the program that I can hang out with a couple of the days out of the week.
Anyways, before my surgery I had planned to be at work this week. I had expected it. Now that I can see that's not happening it's kind of a let down. This sick alchy actually likes to work. Anything that gets me out of myself is a good thing.
I was thinking maybe I could get a plane ticket and go visit Phil! Don't worry about it Phil. I'll just have to clear it with my parole officer first! Oh yeah, and then my probation officer! Think they'd let me across the border?

You wanna take a trip north?...As long as there hasnt been any past violence, on your record...all we need is a phone number for your parole..and probation....officers...and you'll be on the next flight out..I'll pick you up at Pearson Airport....and Bingo!! youre there...
How are yu with fried whale blubber...and racoon bacon...and goose eggs? or do I need to import some of that US stuff..that you guys eat down there? lol

If you don't like whale blubber then the other choice is polar bear and if your not satisfied with that, then there is always the neighbours cat, dog, lizard, snake, if that does not satisify you then there is a chinese resturant or I could give you the name of a great pizza maker/I mean shop - pick your choice - see the choices are endless in Canada EEHH! OH I forgot we also have a Tim Hortons. ROFLAO
