My sig. other's daughter was arrested last night, DUI & Posession of a Controlled Substance....Your prayers are greatly needed.........my question: He had allowed her to borrow his car, she's not named on the insurance, her car was in the shop & he loaned her one of his. Does anyone know how or if this will affect HIS insurance?

Morning Jen...Dont know much about policies in your neck of the woods..


 Up here, I do know, that if one of my kids is driving one of my vehicles, and is nailed with an impaired..?


The car would be impounded on the spot..and Ide hafta pay to get it out..


But if there was no insurance claim...it would not affect my insurance....


There would be a court fine tho.though the courts...regarding them driving with no insurance..


Hope everything works out...


Some learn the hard way eh...


Had one of mine that did...He walked for 4 years...He matured from the ordeal..

He was blessed that since the car is his, the HWY patrol let him come and get it.......they didn't impound it.........he left her in jail to fend for herself.....first trouble she's ever been in.... tough love is TOUGH! thanks, my friend.

hi doll ...sorry your having such unhappy times lifes hard enough without having to deal with problems beyond our own control...having family is a blessing most of the time ....but just now and then wouldnt it be nice if they sorted there own mess out ....and then told you what had happened later once all was well again ..my prayers go out to you and yours
