my partner is suffering from anxiety, I need some advice, she is anxious about being off work with anxiety! I love her and dont want to see her hurt, but I feel that I can get annoyed with her as I think that she is trying to rush things through, I said "you wouldnt be running if you had a broken leg, so dont get anxious and set of your anxiety" easier said than done..

help please on things she can do to relieve it , she will not see a counsellor so I guess relaxation is the key, but again that is not easy with her..

I dont have any answers for yu buddy...

Its her stuff...and if she isnt willing to do anything about it...theres not much you can do..except stand by with love..support..understanding..acceptance and patience..

Ive tried to be a fixer and rescuer for others in the past...and it just doesnt work...

Take care of number one eh....

My best cure for anxiety used to be drinking! It was only a temporary fix though. Kind of made things worse now that I think about it. Hahaha.

Good luck on this one Rob! I think sometimes for this alcoholic it's easier to just let things go their path when I have no control over 'em.

Take care.
