Well Robert,

I am going to take a chance here, as you have never ever responded to not one of my posts, but I will try to help anyway, based on my own experience.

I get into these slumps as kinds of 'phases' in life. Things that help me are to purposely go to bed earlier than usual. Then get up and shower FIRST THING, before I do anything else. Sometimes I actually leave my house for that first cup of coffee. Even if it is take-out, and I take my cup of coffee right back home. Whe I walk back in the house, dressed and ready for the day, I just seem to have some motivation, for some odd reason. I think too that maybe your KNOWING you have class will help motivate you...??

Just my thoughts this morning.

I went back to college when I was about 37, and even though I was terrified ( so many young people there, all fresh and bright!), and found that once I began, it felt so good to learn again that I naturally fell into the "motivation" part. I learned to quit putting unreasonable expectations on myself, and just allow it to be. Let us know! hug Wren
