Just dropping in to say hello.

Heard a funny thing at a meeting tonight. Someone said that we are the only people that need a manual on how to live! How true! Made me laugh!

Life is going by so quickly these days. Busy, busy, busy, and ummmmmm busy?

Just trying to stay focused on my sobriety and keep taking this thing called life on a day to day basis. I made an appointment to see a doctor in a couple weeks. This will be the first time I've seen a real doctor in over a decade! I figure since I have health insurance I should use it and make sure my health is good! Sometimes it's easier to just put things off for this alchy.

Some are sicker than others, lol! In the head that is! I was thinking again. Ut oh. I had  to ask myself "what do I do when things are going so right that something just has to be wrong!" Now is that crazy or what? Maybe I'm just delusional and this is all a dream. LOL!

Oh well, life is too short and I've got some much needed sleep to get to!

Take it easy everyone and thanks for the concern you've shown for me latelty. I appreciate it!

Yep. I'd heard that one before.........Funny thing to me is, I don't think "normies" could live by that Manual anyhow Makes me happy I belong to such a unique group.

It's ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!

Ha hah ha haaa... just kidding, Justin.  :o)

Glad you are doing well... and what your thinking is trying to do is called SELF-SABOTAGE.... trying to create calamity up there in the head where there is none!! I know this affliction quite well!!

Take care and please let us know how you are doing.
