Haven't really been about a great deal of late but i do pop in and out and have a read each day or so, Just wanted to see your all alright and keeping well.
thankyou all!, i haven't been at my best of late, a bit up and down, i am extreamly confused and hurting right now more so than ever before, i went to that one AA meeting but i found it so hard to relate it was untrue(being the only female could go so way to explain that!)
i have done some really stupid things over the past few weeks and i am utterly ashamed because of them but things seem to be calming down this past week or so and i hope it continues.
i have come to an end now and i feel there are only two options for me i just need to take the right one.
