"Your journey has molded you for your greater good, and it was exactly what it needed to be. Don't think that you've lost time. There is no short-cutting to life. It took each and every situation you have encountered to bring you to the now. And now is right on time."

No regrets. As we become more aware, we begin to realize that there’s a purpose to everything that happens. This builds our trust, and supports us in being willing to be more open and daring to really experience life as it unfolds.
If we pay attention to what’s happening in each moment, we will discover that life continually brings us opportunities to heal our past wounds. When a painful memory surfaces, we can take the time to feel it fully, give compassion to ourselves and any others and allow the energy to release. As we deal with the past in this way IN THE PRESENT, we free ourselves to more fully connect with life.
"The next message you need is right where you are."

It is so hard for me to remember this. I don't think it's a lack of faith so much as it's so programmed into me to stay on top of things, control outcomes, etc. All ego driven things. And then, once the experience is complete and I've had time to consider it? I understand why I struggle, because I'm human--but I wish that I'd have struggled for a shorter time, in order to learn that "everything is on time and on schedule". Letting go of outcomes--so simple, but so damned hard. Love Wren

Loved this Post. I was having major anxiety about doing something, that was writing out a beautiful card to my Son, for his Birthday, it brought up so many memories, good as well as the bad, emotions felt like they were turning in a Blender, on High.
Yesterday, after coming home from a great Meeting, took the card, and put in on a piece of furniture, that had sunlight coming in on it, and it was next to my little Prayer book, and I just didn't think, I opened the card, and filled the pages with a lot of love, and the good memories of when he was young. A very Powerful moment of Letting God help me do this, walked the card to the mailbox, and just let God lead the way.
Ended up feeling a little internal smile, something like "If you want My Help, GET OUT OF THE WAY!!!!"
A very good thought to the Releasing of the Past, felt a little Miracle in what can happen when we struggle to get there, and who is blocking us. So difficult to understand that we are the source of the blocking off of what we want the most. I share with you the thought of why do I have to feel smashed up against a Brick Wall, we think we are living more of a Spiritual Life, and then we get these lessons, and yicks, nothing Spiritual about almost refusing to Let Go and Let God.
Seems like we are in the same little boat, maybe we could trade ores, now and then, children, past pain, past happiness, it is all in the Yesterday column, and the Past is Gone. Why then, is it is so difficult to Release the Past. Something that I think might be asked in Meditation and Prayer. Third step, comes before the the 11th, I just remembered. (Smile) See it was only a little math problem.

I just have one question...
Whats her name??? (smile)
