Nearly 7 months now since the last drink, I'm coping well I reckon, hope everyone is as OK as can be expected. Not sure who is still here since I found this piece of internet sanctuary back in January, saw Phil still posting, he and others helped me more than they realised back in Jan/Feb....
Thanks guys, didn't mean to not post or look in, just buried myself into work related stuff which is hopefully beginning to reap rewards. The time has flown, feeling better, headaches have gone (although still feeling a bit punchy at times, maybe that's just age!), lost a stone in weight and feeling a lot more altogether, kinda good in a way re-discovering yourself..
Big test coming up, off on holiday with wife and kids...
Hi Paul, Good to meet you. Sober here in Arkansas about as long as you. Yeah Jan. and Feb. were a pretty 'wild' time here to. The misery of being a sober drunk.... It sure gets better when you get some wheels under you working the step, eh? Then you get what you put in. Ryan

I know what you mean about this piece of Internet sanctuary. I discovered it in June and I pop by every day. It really is a great aid to my sobriety along with face-to-face meetings.
