I think it is so grand that you come here, and also the other board, to learn constantly how to grow for yourself!! I have seen many an AlAnon get juuusssttt enough of what they need, and then 'poof'... the growing stops. (Happens to alkies too, but we end up dying.... most alanons don't...)
