Gotta admit that the depression side of manic/depression sure stinks.

Sorry for not posting much lately, but I'm experiencing what seems to be the longest run with the down side of this up/down problem I have.  I have seen folks who have it a lot worse than me, and I am thankful that my bouts aren't any worse.  This round does seem to have a bulldog like bite on my arse, though.  But, I am going to shake it off.

Just wanted everyone to know that I still pop in frequently just to read the posts.  You all help me a lot by sharing your E,S & H.  Thanks to all who come here, both new and veteran.

I know what the 'waiting it out' can feel like.... been waiting a 'down' out for a few weeks now and it sucks. Slowly getting better though. A day feels like a week when I'm in the down-side...

But still better than when using.

Just want you to know I hope you too 'come up for air' soon...

Asked my doctor about it...and the only response I got was....

"You will feel a bit irratable...and depressed about 7 days a month..."

Another middle aged thing..I guess....:)

You are not alone...
