Thank you for sharing that with us.


For the past couple weeks that I have braved the waters to come over to the AA board I have received alot of ESH from you, and a lot of laughs. I just wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed your posts, and it really has nothing to do with the Harrison Ford avatar! But looking at him doesn't hurt either!

Thanks, Phil.... encouraging post.


My problem is I don't know what I want to be from one day to the next. Have had medical jobs, then medicalbusiness job; still searching and nothing has 'fit yet'.... but then I have to remember that I am NOT the 'job' I have.... I am who I am and what I do in this life that has little to do with occupation.


Since AA, I know for sure some of the things I really want are to be a good daughter, wife and friend. And I believe that through this program, one day at a time, I am all these things and getting bwetter every day. What I want is changing. And that is good, too.

Hi Phil,

Thanks for a super post. I've printed it out and I know that it will be referred to a lot. I especially liked "Always look ahead and never look back,". Looking back is a great weakness in me and I needed to be reminded of that. Thanks Phil.
