Man It was hard work today working clean, I feel tired now and just a bit quiet. I feel like im almost back to square one!

was determined not to lose my temper at work as that would only result in my hurt, even though people have pee'd me off I am ok and safe. Feeling a little down with realisation of what has happened .

Hi Robert.. Well done on doing it clean.  Im really glad you made it through the day and are home safe.  Glad too that you kept your temper mate, well done.  The world would be nicer place if it wasnt for all the sdratsab, but they are the way they are cos of their own issues, though often they arent even aware of their issues..

Anyway hope youre having a good evening mate.

Didnt take anything today, kept falling asleep though, at work and at home, felt a little depressed too, going to a meeting tomorrow but my A.A sponcer might be there and he is real funny about me sharing my s+i+ in a meeting, says its best to speak to the sponcer, but its not easy..

gonna go to sleep as cant think of anything to do! I hate the early stages of recovery. dont know what I need to do with myself.
