Just wanted to drop in and say that I hope everyone had a great, great Holiday.
Just came back from a Barbecue, Neighborhood thing, and my Co-sponsor came and brought her husband, that I had never met. What a treat that was, they have been married for 25 years, and both have a great sense of humor. So we enjoyed the weather, the food, and the great people, all sitting around STUFFING ourselves.
Hope everyone had a great day, and some celebration in there. It is so amazing as the years go by in Recovery, life just keeps getting better and better.
Just feeling so Grateful to Alcoholics Anonymous and the 12 steps that teach us a new way of living, up and out of the Disease of Alcoholism.
