Good morning everyone and happy Canada Day to us northerners! We are experiencing a heat wave in BC right now and it sure is great! Lots and lots of water, not booze.
I was at the beach yesterday and saw a lady smoking a cigarette. Suddenly I thought to myself that a cigarette and a drink would sure be nice right now. Don't know where that thought came from. Insanity I guess. Oh well, at least I can recognize it for what it is and not act on it.

I was out for a stroll by the river..and also saw a lady smokin a cigarrette...and the first thought was...hmmm....theyde both go good..right about now...
It was just a moment thought thing..thank God...
Lit up a smoke..and ran the other way...lol

So, since Phil never did explain to me exactly what Canada Day signifies... (a-HEM) is it like the 4th of July in the U.S.? Does it signify Canada's Indeopendence Day? Curious.
