Hi dan,

You always make me laugh so hard.

I tried the duck sauce in the little package, threw it out, made my own with orange juice, frozen, defrosted, of course, haha, and added fresh ginger thru the garlic press and some fresh garlic, and a little Soy sauce. I made this about 1 year ago, and it came out so well, that I get this request everytime a Holiday appears.

So messy, all the grease, oh well, what are garbage can for anyway.

If I recall correctly - your trash compactor should work beautifully now that it has been cleaned earlier this week with dish soap!
