Well Folks, Through Prayer and Meditation I have come to the decision that I cannot be an active participant of the Group here. It was a hard decision to make but the only one that I feel at peace with myself about. This is undoubtably one of the best groups in recover on the internet today. It is not the group or the members here that prompted my decision, but the lack of time to be an active participant on these boards, and in chat. I felt like like I was not doing my best, and therefore causing negative feelings to arise. if the opportunity to give more comes I intent to come back and be active. (if ya'll will allow) but for now I must say goodbye.

If no one has told you today that they love you, please let me be the first. "I Love You Folks".

Yours in Recovery, BobbyDean.

I go through periods when I do not post a lot.  But I find I gain much just from reading what the others have to say.  Please check in whenever you feel the need Bobby.

We love you too.

Hi there Bobby,

Well you know the doors are always open, and anytime you want to pop in and say "hi". we would love to hear from you.

I just wanted to make one little itty bitty comment on something you wrote, hope you don't mind.

" I felt like like I was not doing my best, and therefore causing negative feelings to arise. if the opportunity to give more comes I intent to come back and be active. (if ya'll will allow) but for now I must say goodbye."

To me the last thing that would ever arise here are the "negative feelings" you felt might come.

It would never happen, my friend, that's my take. People have their lives to live, give where they can, and when their "Plate is full", this is the way it IS.

This Board is a Dedicated Board to Recovering Alcoholics, and so there for, to me
it will alway be "yours" as well as anyone that simply chooses to be here, or not be here, due to time contraints.

The most treasured thing here, is that there simply are no JUDGMENTS, no negatives on this Miracles in Progress Board.

When we have been so very Blessed to make it into these rooms, and not have our lives taken by the Dreaded Disease of Alcoholism, then we are Humbled into Gratitude, on a daily basis, and there is NO room for critical judgements in a truly
Grateful Heart.

So I hope some day to see you pop in and say hello, and much more than that, I wish a happy, joyous and Free life in Recovery.

Thank you for the brief time you were here, and the good things you brought to this board.

And agree wholeheartedly with Dan, We love you too, my friend.

Toni

I'm a self admitted lurker. I float around here like a spectre, devouring huge chunks of information in a single gulp. I'd post but I don't have anything to say. well maybe something like that.

I view this board like any AA Meeting...if all you can offer is your presence, then that's all you offer. Ya don't HAVE to do or say anything here. I hope you keep coming back.
