Man I am no longer depressed and all I did was change my diet. my tip for the day is go to a nut shop and get a bag of linseed, put 1/2 a teaspoon on some bread or add three teaspoons to pasta sauce, or breakfast cerial. it contains Omega 3,6 and Gla which are excellent if your an alky like me, its alot cheaper than evening primrose too, which is meant for women but is very good for anyone who needs extra GLA.

Try it! I do not eat suger anymore, that is wonderful, no longer do I crave suger which can lead me back to a drink

yes flax seed is the same thing mate, they are otherwise known as linseed, just had a piece of bread with some on yum, plus some evening primrose and the most important is the B-vits esp B3. A simple program for complicated people.

I sprinkle ground flaxseed along with oat bran in my oatmeal before cooking it in the morning.  After it's cooked, I stir in a little honey and cinnamon....mmmmmmmmmmmm! Natures Goodness!

I take a teaspoon of organic flax oil most days, I think it is delicious. I think diet is very important in proper recovery, minimizing cravings, and enhancing overall well-being.

I have also cut out refined sugar, and I try to eat as much whole grains as possible, as opposed to white bread/pasta, etc. Just had some Azzurro whole wheat spaghetti, which is excellent... Once you get used to whole grains, white bread tastes like air, like you are getting cheated out of something! That said, you have to shop around, some whole grain products taste lousy....

I also recommend getting enough fruits and vegetables- Your body will thank you-

JB
