I am not able (as per the nutritionist) to eat yeast suger milk and corn, looked up these on google and it says I may have Candida>? am I going to boil over with yeast and suger? is bread going to froth out my nostrels?
candida albacans (sp) is a fungus, it usually manefests in the intestines and it is a NASTY little critter....
to test if u have it......get a glass of water...let it sit over night...and B4 u drink ANYthing.....spit in that glass of water when u first wake up......if u see "tendrils" hanging down from the spit....chances are u have candida.....
the sollution????? i used the natural bacterial u can guy at health food stores....the idea is to get the NATURAL and FRIENDLY bacteria back into the intestine.....
candida can cause ibs, bloating, yeast infections, skin irritations, fatigue....it can make u feel like dung warmed over....
the good news is it is easily treated with the putting good bacteria back in the body...it will than wipe out the candida and all will be ok again..........natural yogurt is a good source of the good bacteria, but when i was struggling with bad ibs, i got the tablets in the health food stores....forget what u call it, but they in the store will know...just ask for the "friendly bacteria pills" that kill candida.....it will take about a month or perhaps more to get totally in balance, depending on how bad it is, but it is very treatable.......
i stay away from anything WHITE.....white flour....refined sugar.....bad carbohydrates.....and that helps
take what u can use and discared the rest.....i had this so i am givng u my experience and treatment that i did for it..............good luck, rosie
well robert, u will see the globule of sputum and on the bottom of it will look like steamers hanging off the sputum ..........eeeeeek this is GROSS!!! but i don't know how to otherwise explain it...........it will look like spider legs hanging down from it........wish i could describe it better, but thats what it reminded me of.....spider legs dangling off the sputum i deposited on top of the water............
robert if u spit in the glass and after about ONE hour, there is LEGS hanging down, than U got candida.....its a simple yet very good test.........thank goodness it is not that bad to treat.............rosie
