Boy have I had a learning week! sent one personal  email, and my manager tried to do me for email abuse, aeven though the policy is that you can send a minimum amout as long as it does not affect work! then said thaqt that does not apply to me, because i am on a back to work plan, the words petty spring to mind, she said i may lose my job, i told the union, and they said "what a load of bull" and that the same rules apply to everyone, and that she was bullying my instinct tells me to thank her, as when i take them to the cleaners for bullying discrimination harrassment and disability discrimination, it can only help matters. what do you think>? my HP has kept me smiling even though they are all sick people. and too stupid to be managers

Hi Robert,

I really like the "Keep smiling" people always want to know whats going on then, keep um guessing. And a Smile can and does bring about a better feeling inside us, no matter what is going on.

When is the University starting???

And my sympathies to you regarding your sister.

Hope you are feeling better these days,

Toni

It sounds like you did the right thing, taking it straight away to your union. That's what they're there for. If your manager is just going to sit around watching you, waiting for you to make an error, yeah, that's harassment and shouldn't be allowed. And if the union can deal with it, then you don't have to, so that way it saves you the stress. You've been dealing with far too much lately, so I'm glad there's someone there to "let go" to. Like Toni says, Keep Smiling, it'll drive them nuts. I hope when university starts, you can blow them off.  Hug, Wren

when uni starts I will not give them a second thought, I want to leave on a good note, I have the feeling they want to play dirty.
