Eat at least one bananna a day. A bananna contains nutrients that increases the feel good chemicals in the brain.

Mmm, does banana bread count I wonder? I imagine all the nutrients are cooked out of it, tho. On the other hand, I never cry when I eat it!


Ron eats like, two bananas every single morning. He doesnt' cry either. Good point Robert...

Cool tip! And so very true. Alcohol ZAPS our potassium, so it's important to replenish it.

there is a lady at the meeting, whos mum comes along (open meet) and she makes Bananna cake! it is yummmmmmy.


the only other nicer cake is at mount st bernards, the monastry. i go for a break there for 3 days 2 times a year and the monks make me a walnut cake, or cocanut cake. SLURP.

Its not just potassiam, it also contains high doses of Tryptophan a natural amino acid found in banannas and some baby food, this amino creates serotonin., the Drs give anti D's out like there is no tomorrow, but all they do (SSRI) is to boost what you already have, but alkys do not have much to fire coz alcohol destroys it, so eat banannas to get that thing back in the nut!


I am not telling anyone who is on anti d's (including myself) to stop, coz we are not Drs but we are what we eat!! i feel like swingin from a tree!!
