Good morning / afternoon / evening all.

Today is day 1 for me off the pills that my doctor gave me for the panic attacks (Librium). It's 19:09 here and I feel ok, really full of life after being drugged for the last week.

Done loads of useful stuff in the garden......... Never try to cut down a 20 ft Holly tree without gloves and long sleeves, (unless you want free acupuncture!)

Going to a meeting at 20:15, it's a bit of a drive, but it's a lovely evening here and it's the first time I can drive all week.

Hope you are all well.

Best wishes.

Chris.

Hey Chris, glad that you're feeling back to normal again. Take it easy on yourself, eh?

Bye for now

Now that I've gained 4 pounds just reading all the posts.....I'm with Rob, just a big old salad for me tonight, sans sausage, LOL. Maybe with those boiled eggs, and some shrimp...

Yeah, I'd ignore them til I had another job lined up. Then again, when I've been pushed too far, I have been known to stand up and say " I'm done", gathered my stuff and walked off. Not the brightest thing I've done tho. My youngest, on the other hand, is much more flamboyent then me--he'd worked about 2 years at a fast food place while in High School. His boss finally pushed him over the edge. Now, this food place was part of a larger market, same entrance. My son carefully removed his whole uniform, folded it nicely, handed it to his manager, and walked out in nothing but boxers and tennis shoes. I was outside when he got home, and he got out of the car like that. I knew what happened by the look on his face, and could do nothing but double up and laugh. That's my boy.....Wren
